Assist in timely execution and completion of the Recruitment process from identification, selection to offer the generation of suitable talent in the Organization and should be able to engage with employees on the employee activities and maintain the relationship across different entities.

HR Recruiter/Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES as Recruiter : 

  • Sourcing candidates based on the required skill through various job portals like Naukri, Timesjobs and other sources such as headhunting, reference, professional networking sites, company database etc.
  • Scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Taking regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Responsible for extending offers, negotiating salary, administering preliminary assessments and conducting reference and background checks to assist in the on-boarding of candidates.
  • Assist superiors in conducting salary negotiations with selected candidates.
  • Conduct a background verification process for the selected candidates and ensure accuracy in the same.
  • Maintain checklists, trackers, reports and follow up the status
  • Develop recruitment skills and business knowledge to grow into a Team Lead.
  • Strong working knowledge and experience of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES as Generalist : 

– Responsible for performance management and improvement initiatives

– Manage employee relations activities and advise managers on employee issues

– Responsible for employee engagement programs, development initiatives and rewards & recognition frameworks

– Support the annual compensation activities ensuring consistent and fair decisions are made in the promotion, bonus and salary increase processes

– Responsible for career management & development plans and implementation

– Drive best practices and improvements to internal processes & systems

– Proactively communicate policies and process to employees

– Deliver additional assignment and projects assigned by the HO

The person will be responsible to manage a number of projects spread across locations in India.

He/She will be responsible for IR related matter of the locations, Land acquisition etc.
